“We found Vicki via a web search and loved her quirky, fun and colourful style. Our wedding venue was in Rutland in the Midlands and at first we were a little worried about booking a photographer based in the South but we liked the look of Vicki’s photography so much that we decided to book her anyway. Vicki arrived before we did on the first day and took some time talking to the wedding party and getting to know the venue. We immediately felt comfortable with her moving around whilst we all got ready and settled in to the venue. She was on time every day and although we barely noticed her, she managed to capture all of the best moments and some gorgeous details. We had a three day Indian wedding with 300 guests, which is a lot for one photographer to take in, but Vicki really didn’t miss a trick. Indian weddings can be pretty hectic to say the least and although we wanted mostly natural shots Vicki did a great job of gathering people together for some informal group photos in a polite and professional way, at just the right times. She also convinced Gaurav and I to pose for some creative shots in the grounds of the venue, including a wonderful shot of us in a rowing boat. We would never have been brave enough to get into a boat in our wedding outfits, but those pictures are now our favourites! Overall Vicki was wonderful. We were so pleased with our photos and I have been recommending her to friends and family ever since she did our wedding. She was really friendly and did a great job of keeping us all calm throughout the day, meaning the end result was fantastic. We have tonnes of relaxed and happy pictures that really captured the atmosphere of our wedding… and we can’t stop looking at them! Amber and Gaurav”
